What is the cancellation policy for a music lesson?

We require 24-hour notice for a lesson cancellation or rescheduling. If less than 24-hour notice is given, the lesson will be forfeited and no make-up lesson will be provided. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will work with families on a case-by-case basis to accommodate any scheduling conflicts or emergencies.
